GIER aluminium alloy fast installing scaffold is in two types in
width, one is double while the other is single. They are made in
term of part 3 of the newest international standards BS EN1004, BSI
BS1139 and can satisfy the deeds of today’s highest standard of the
safety, meanwhile, they are accorded with and exceeded the standard
JGS1001-2005 and can be used broadly in room or other outer sites. They can be installed in hundreds of modes with great stability and
safety while the durability and applicability are also insured. The Aluminium hinges are rough and durable and easy be replaced.
When valves closed, they will be buckled by their self-locking
mechanism making the scaffold structure safe. Whenvalves opened, it
will be easy to use those thickened/ widen platform hooks that can
ensure the platform fast intension safety. The comb-shape
slip-proof footplate is specially made and with phenol coatings on
its surface. Clips for the wind-proof locks permit the platform
move horizontally, and can preventing the platform tear off by
strong wind. All the frames can be used on the upper, lower stories and in the
rail fence. The Aluminium tubes of the frame bar have 2mm wall in
thickness which will greatly prolonged their service life. Frame
horizontal bars are slip-proofed, and their three supporting legs
in each of the four corners make the frame much more stronger in
intensity and steady in stability. The mushroomed aluminium cast plugs on the frame top are rough ,
durable and easy intalled. The steel forged connectors can be used
in those non-standard connections.
